Tuesday’s Taste – May 1, 2012

Saturday is Cinco de Mayo – an American celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. So we found some south of the border flavors to tempt your tastebuds:

New Mexican Black Bean Burritos –

Step up your lunch or dinner routine with this smoky, healthy and a little bit spicy dish. (You also can check out Betty’s “Feed Your Fiesta with Tacos and Margaritas”).

Chicken Mole Chili –

Warm up a cool and damp spring day with a bowl of this chili from Pillsbury. Bittersweet chocolate is the secret ingredient to its deep, rich flavors.

Southwest Taco Dip –

For a zesty snack, dip pita chips, veggies or tortilla chips into this from EatBetterAmerica.

Feliz Cinco de Mayo!
