5 questions with Anton Vincent
We’re starting a new video series on “A Taste of General Mills” today called “5 questions,” to capture quick, top-of-mind perspectives from people with great stories to share.
Our first interview is with Anton Vincent, president of General Mills’ Baking Products division, home to such iconic brands as Betty Crocker, Bisquick and Gold Medal Flour.
I asked Anton about the business he runs, the push toward gluten-free in baking products, and his personal role in creating the company’s Black Champions Network more than ten years ago.
