5 questions with Anton Vincent

We’re starting a new video series on “A Taste of General Mills” today called “5 questions,” to capture quick, top-of-mind perspectives from people with great stories to share.

Our first interview is with Anton Vincent, president of General Mills’ Baking Products division, home to such iconic brands as Betty Crocker, Bisquick and Gold Medal Flour.

I asked Anton about the business he runs, the push toward gluten-free in baking products, and his personal role in creating the company’s Black Champions Network more than ten years ago.

So, take a few minutes and watch the video of our conversation to get some inside perspective from a General Mills leader.

What questions would you ask Anton if you had the opportunity?

Editor’s note: Anton is among five alumni of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business who will be honored March 2 at the 66th annual IU Kelley Business Conference in Indianapolis. He’ll be named to the Kelley School of Business Academy of Alumni Fellows.
