April showers brought May flowers and now June is in bloom. And when beautiful summer weather has arrived, you know it’s time to get out there and grill.

We all know you can make a juicy burger and some tender salmon on the grill, but did you know you can make everything from salads to dessert over the flames as well?

Take summer’s bounty of vegetables and add a little spice and char and you’ve got this amazing salsa to add zing to everything from chicken and fish, to tacos or tortilla chips. If you don’t have the grill basket called for in the recipe, try using a disposable aluminum roasting or baking pan.
