New Live Better America site

General Mills is excited to introduce Live Better America, a new platform in partnership with Everyday Health and AOL.

The new site is an evolution of the content we’ve previously brought you via Eat Better America. It is aimed at those of you who have made achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle a top priority, at a time when people are living longer and are more interested in knowing how stay healthy over a lifetime.

The Wall Street Journal wrote about this unique arrangement in “Huffington Post Steps Into ‘Branded Content’.” (A subscription may be required).

Keach Hagey writes:

It is the Huffington Post’s first major step into the realm of “branded content” –an emerging category of online advertising in which publishers help advertisers create content around a theme relevant to their brand, in hopes that readers will find it authentic enough to pass around on social media.

Live Better America will continue to offer nutritious recipes and diet information from Eat Better America, but also will leverage the health and lifestyle expertise of Everyday Health and AOL, which owns The Huffington Post.

Content will cover topics like healthy eating, diet and nutrition, fitness, mind and body, and relationships.
