Monique Volz of Ambitious Kitchen

Healthy recipes and really delicious cookies – just two of the many things Monique Volz tackles on her blog, Ambitious Kitchen.


Monique is a community manager for Gold Medal Flour and Bisquick, and her passion for food content, trends and writing is brought to life outside of work on her blog.

“I created Ambitious Kitchen after I graduated from college. Food was such a huge part of my life and I wanted to document my recipes,” Monique says. “Starting a food blog was another way to share my passion and inspiration with others.”


Monique has always been ambitious, so the title of her blog is a perfect fit.

“As a child, I remember constantly baking,” she says. “Every time I had the opportunity to be in the kitchen, I was there. I learned how to cook by watching my parents and reading cookbooks. I feel as though I’ve always been meant to work with food!”
