2015 Global Responsibility Report

Today marks the 45th year General Mills has shared a Global Responsibility Report with its stakeholders and the community.

The 2015 report outlines our company’s approach to creating economic, environmental and social value in the countries where we operate. As in years past, we continue to take steps to increase transparency regarding our progress and challenges in the areas most material to our business and our communities.

“We’ve made significant progress on a number of fronts in the last year and are excited about our current momentum,” says Jerry Lynch, vice president and chief sustainability officer. “And, we know there is still much to be done. This work is an integral part of our long-term business strategy and an important expression of our mission of Nourishing Lives. For these reasons, we are committed to doing more.”
