Fiber One got work done

Fiber One Brownies had some work done.

And to tell the world about it, they enlisted the help of five pop culture icons who are known for getting a little “work done” themselves.

Melissa Gorga, Porsha Williams, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley and Tamra Judge teamed up with Fiber One to create an original song and music video to show off the product makeover.

“Together with our agencies, we knew that in order to be culturally relevant to our target audience, we needed to do something that had never been done before and that added value to her life,” said Mindy Murray, senior marketing communications manager for Fiber One. “That’s when we landed on the idea to make a music video, featuring some of her favorite reality stars who are loud and proud of the work they’ve had done.”

Fiber One renovated its brownie to keep pace with evolving diet trends and to stay relevant among weight managers and consumers.

It now has 70 calories, 5 grams net carbs, and 2 grams of sugar, making it appealing to those who are calorie-counting or carb-conscious.

The stars are big fans of the renovated product, too.

“One of them even asked for extra product to give to her interns that are starting next month,” said Murray. “She’s like, ‘These are so good! And I want to share them with my new staff.’ So, that’s a good testament to how much they really loved the product.”

The new single and music video titled “Work Done – Fiber One featuring Melissa Gorga, Porsha Williams, Sonja Morgan,” features vocal performances from Gorga, Williams and Morgan and cameos from Medley and Judge. It’s the first time all five women have collaborated on a project together.

“This campaign is the first of its kind in a lot of ways,” adds Murray. “It’s a full sensory experience. You can listen to the song, you can watch the video, and hopefully, you try the brownies.”

The video was directed by Ben Mor of Pulse Films. The song was written by Charity Daw, Josh Edmondson and Sam Hollander. You can watch the music video on YouTube or download the song on Spotify and Pandora. For more information on the campaign, visit
