Continued support for military families
For many military families, transitioning to civilian life can often be financially challenging.
Through an ongoing partnership with Operation Homefront, a national nonprofit serving America’s military families, Pillsbury is helping veterans and their families with financial assistance, donating products, food and supplies, and more.

Operation Homefront’s mission is to build strong, stable and secure military families. Pillsbury’s goal is that together, we can help military families thrive in the communities they have worked so hard to protect.
In honor of Memorial Day, this week Pillsbury is donating additional funding to support two important Operation Homefront programs, Transitional Homes for Community Reintegration and Critical Financial Assistance.
The donation to the Transitional Homes for Community Reintegration program will help Operation Homefront build houses for military families and gift them mortgage-free as a thank you for their service.
The financial assistance donation will help provide relief to military families for critical needs, like groceries, rent or mortgage, utilities or car repairs that they otherwise may not be able to afford.
“Active duty military, veterans and their families are extremely important parts of our communities,” says Tiffany Seelen, senior brand experience manager, Pillsbury. “Over the past two months, Operation Homefront has seen a significant increase in requests for financial assistance, so we know it’s an important time to support and raise awareness. Collectively, we want military families to thrive in the communities they have worked so hard to protect.”
